Stewardship is an integral part of following Jesus. True stewardship involves the full commitment of all of one's life to the Lord Jesus Christ. One can be poor and still be a generous giver and steward.
At Virtual Church you are encouraged not only to be a part of a church family; you are encouraged to support that church family with your gifts of your time, abilities, and resources.
Virtual Church follows the teaching of John Wesley on the use of money.
- Gain or earn all you can. Earn your living honorably, ethically, and morally. In every business transaction represent Jesus Christ. Seek to be a good employer.
- Save all you can. See to the needs of your family - even before your own needs. Do not be wasteful. Be modest and moderate.
-
Give all you can. Do not be bound by "ten percent." Give whatever financial support God leads you to give to your church family, ministries, and charities.
After you have seen to your family responsiblities and the needs of your church family, if God leads you to support the ministry of Virtual Church your gifts will be welcomed. If you have any questions or want some guidance on other ministries that you may want to support, please contact the pastor: Pastor's Email
