"The Moral Side of the News" is the longest running community service program in the United States. The Emmy Award winning program is produced by WHAS-TV in Louisville, Kentucky.
"The Moral Side of the News" is seen on WHAS-TV (5:30am on Sundays) and the Faith Channel in Louisville, Kentucky. The program is aired on WHAS 840AM radio (8:30pm on Sundays) and other radio stations in the Louisville area. The audio for the program is also streamed by WHAS radio. The format is a panel of four or five representative local clergy moderated by John Blim, a part of the Crusade for Children staff.
The clergy panel consists of members of the WHAS-TV Crusade for Children Clergy Council and others who rotate throughout the month i n order to give balance to the program. Topics are selected by the moderator.
