SB 99 - This bill was submitted by Senator Perry Clark, District 37, which is in Jefferson County. This bill is entitled a Charitable Gaming Bill. If passed, this bill will permit charities, bingo and others, to have slot machines and other electronic devices in their operation. This will be a devastating blow to local economies if passed. Slot machines will be allowed in all of those places where charitable gaming is allowed. If charitable gaming establishments are operated in your county, each establishment could be allowed to have slot machines, thus expanding gambling across the state.
